The Forest Lab is a platform dedicated to make data about Spanish and Catalonian forests available to the public, expert or not. The focus of the platform is deliver different web applications to visualize, explore and download relevant data about forest water status, forest structure and inventories, forest ecosystem services, forest health...

The avaiable data has been curated and processed by researchers and technicians from CREAF to minimize the error during the raw data processing. In this way, the Forest Lab becomes an starting point for researchers, students, administrations and stakeholders to access the necessary data to perform their tasks. Also, it offers to the general public a window to know better one of the main treasures of our territories, the forests.

The Forest Lab is developed and maintained by the Ecosystem Modelling Facility at CREAF and currently funded and supported under the Severo Ochoa Excellence project at CREAF.
